1117 W. Huron – Multi-Unit Apartment Building

1117 W. Huron was a distressed property from a management and operational standpoint. Cabrio Properties was able to come in, assume control of the property, and execute a complete renovation and rehabilitation process. We renovated common areas, individual apartments and the exterior of the building. Within 6 months of assuming control of the property we were able to increase gross revenue 35%. 727 E. Kingsley – Multi-Unit Apartment Building – Receivership and Acquisition
 

727 E. Kingsley is a 17 unit apartment property on the campus of the University of Michigan. Cabrio Properties assumed operational control of this property through the Lender and worked to pull the property out of distress and protect the interest of the Lender. An affiliate company purchased this property and managed the rehabilitation and renovation. The Lender was able to generate a 100% recovery of its first loss position. 611 Church Street – Mixed Use Commercial Property

Cabrio Properties facilitated a sale transaction of this property for a client that needed to liquidate their position and protect the value of their investment. The property lost 50% of its tenancy and was losing $25,000 every month. Cabrio Properties successfully closed on a disposition within 90 days of engagement.
